- Achieve the sales targets for instruments, reagents, and consumables across all segments in the region.
- Promote PCT and ImmunoCap technology among clinicians to boost product demand.
- Sustain and grow the Specialty Diagnostics Division, including Biochemistry, Immunodiagnostics, and Microbiology, in Eastern India.
- Successfully implement new product introductions in the clinical segment.
- Monitor and develop channel partners, ensuring alignment with AOP and company policies.
- Regularly update and register opportunities and activities on SFDC.
- Conduct promotional activities such as CME, conferences, and symposia, and participate in national and regional events.
- Provide customer demos and support to commercial labs' marketing teams.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the diagnostics or healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with Channel Management and familiarity with SFDC.
