  • Extensive experience in hospitality management, with a preference for supervisory or management roles in hospitality (Mandatory skill).

  • Expertise in maintaining high standards of guest service and addressing complaints effectively (Mandatory skill).

  • Strong skills in staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and managing teams across departments.
