- Ability to define business needs and develop value propositions.
- Ability to build a strategy and roadmap interacting with Senior Industry Executives. Executive selling experience in areas like R & D, Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution Software solutions.
- Manage multiple campaigns/initiatives
- Drive campaign execution with Industry, Marketing and Sales
- Ability to articulate end to end Digitalization messaging and map it to the Siemens offering.
- Support closing process if required
- Support the analysis of the Market within the Country / vertical.
- Support the identification of target accounts in the Vertical, engage with the target accounts and generate business opportunities for the Siemens solution portfolio.
- Engage and execute one or more Portfolio development tactics across the spectrum of agreed target accounts.
- Support the nurturing and development of the top target accounts to maturity for handover to the Sales.
- Support the organisational culture, values and reputation in company markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers and partners.
- Willing and able to travel to appropriate work locations, as required by SISW or specified by the customer pursuit/project.
- Adhere to, and promote all core internal and customer processes relating to the effective undertaking of the role.
- Undertake any business administration in line with job activity.
- Must have 10 + years experience. Preferably a blended experience of pharma domain, business development and customer - facing functions.
- Preferably Bachelors in Engineering. Post Graduation in Engineering / Business administration is an additional plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Sales, business development, technical experience and strong, proven grasp of enterprise -related software technology/solutions relevant in the life sciences / pharma / medical devices industry.
- Demonstrated capability to be the trusted advisor for the client within new or existing customers at various organizational levels. Experience aligning with mid/upper-level management and technical users.
- Collaborate and drive results with diverse teams across internal and external organizations.
- Familiar with the regulatory requirements in the industry and the associated compelling need to digitalize.
- Approximately 60% travel.
