- Managing the on-going business relationship with existing vendors
- Acting as primary point of contact for vendor contract related issues
- Performing periodic audits of invoices to ensure vendor is charging negotiated contract prices
- Conducting internal surveys to measure satisfaction with vendor service levels
- Monitor vendor performance, intervening when performance falls below an acceptable threshold
- Ensuring completion of vendor dashboards, metrics, scorecards, etc.
- Working with vendors to identify/implement process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Improve spend management by evaluating spend to determine if IT is using other than preferred vendors and communicating with business to promote benefits of using preferred vendors
- Ensuring vendor adherence to contract terms and conditions
- Revising contract terms/conditions as necessary for changing business or regulatory needs
- Performing market analysis to ensure vendor is providing the best overall value
- Participating in external benchmarking and internal voice of customer analyses
- Maintain a catalog of preferred vendors for IT products and services
- Assist with contract negotiations
- Ensure that IT purchases continue to support the organization's business strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Product, Sales, Clinical, and Legal-to support operational execution of partnership agreements
- Assist in partner onboarding and enablement, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and technical specifications
- Support the preparation of strategic presentations, ROI models, and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate partner records in CRM and partner management systems, ensuring traceability of activities and milestones
- Help coordinate joint go-to-market campaigns and customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
- 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, healthcare analytics, strategy, or related roles
- Experience with healthcare data (e.g., EHR, claims, clinical workflows) and understanding of HIPAA/privacy requirements
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital health ecosystems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables in a dynamic environment
- Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology
- Experience working with or supporting partnerships in digital health, medical devices, or hospital IT systems
- Comfortable translating complex healthcare and technical concepts into actionable insights
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
