We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role : AVP, FC Risk Stewardship Generalist The Opportunity: The following principal accountabilities are aligned to the Financial Crime Services and Processes Model. Impact on the Business Assist Line Manager in the oversight and management of the activities under scope, providing input and support to other members of the team Champion and contribute to change and BAU programmes in Markets Ensure FC's approach, priorities, objectives and outputs are documented and communicated appropriately. Customer / Stakeholders Build strong relationships with all internal stakeholders, adopting a collaborative approach to the execution of tasks with minimum conflict. Build productive relationships across Markets FC. Work with HR and Communications to ensure that there is effective support in delivering the Markets FC objectives. Support resources, people, and process and change management to support a customer focus business. Requirements What you will need to succeed in the role: Experience in Financial Crime Risk management advisory or similar Risk function. Proficient knowledge of FC risks in the financial services industry. Working experience of how FC control mitigates all FC Risk and the various underpinning activities. Understanding of how controls mitigates FC Risk and the various underpinning activities forming the overall Risk Management framework. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with experience of dealing with stakeholdersincluding the capacity to articulate the case for risk management. Experience of interpreting and analysing a large volume of information and / or data and provide succinct summary for management. Ability to lead change, contributing to joining up with the other teams in Risk and Compliance and Business globally Ability to work independently on distinct tasks, escalating as appropriate. Experience in leading a team / group of individuals is desirable Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above. Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritized. The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
