
Financial Reporter 3 (Hyderabad)

- Prepare complex and moderate risk monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external financial reports, GAAP and pro forma, applying experience and best practice knowledge
- Collaborate and lead large, complex financial analyses with minimal oversight from team members
- Provide support to management, legal and external auditors
- Assist the finance team in the evaluation of various financial opportunities, such as due diligence of acquisitions and mergers
- Draft documentation of policies and procedures related to financial reporting
- Identify, research and resolve complex financial reporting issues; work with internal and external auditors and consultants to properly document conclusions
- Create and maintain reports in financial reporting systems
- Provide guidance to other team members
- Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in public accounting or corporate reporting
- Experience applying knowledge of GAAP, financial statements and internal controls
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and forthrightness
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas

- Up to 10% travel time required
