Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.Job Title:Sr. Analyst, Financial Systems Oracle EPM (ePBCS & ePCM)Location:Hyderabad, IndiaDepartment:Accounting Financial SystemsReports To:Manager, Financial SystemsPosition Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveSr. Analyst, Financial Systemsto support and enhance our Oracle EPM Cloud applicationsEnterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (ePBCS)andEnterprise Profitability & Cost Management (ePCM). This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, data integrity, and continuous improvement of our financial systems. The ideal candidate will bring a hybrid of functional and technical expertise, with a strong foundation in financial planning and a passion for optimizing enterprise performance tools.Key Responsibilities:System Support & Administration (70%)

Administer and maintain Oracle ePBCS and ePCM environments, ensuring system availability and performance.
Manage and monitor data loads using tools such asFDMEE,Data Exchange,Data Pipeline, andData Integration.
Perform rigorousdata validationto ensure completeness and accuracy across planning and profitability models vs. Source Systems.
Develop and maintainStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)and user training documentation.
Provide day-to-day support to finance users, resolving issues and answering functional/system-related queries.
Create & optimize new processes and automate existing processes in the Oracle EPM environment including the Monthly Patch testing requirements in both systems.

Projects & Enhancements (30%)

Improve and optimize existing calculation models and allocation logic in ePBCS and ePCM.
Design, develop, and maintainbusiness rules, including complex logic beyond basic data copy or clear operations.
Lead and supportsystem testing, including the creation of test scripts and execution of test plans for enhancements and patches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and new functionality.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ePBCS, PBCS, or Hyperion Planning.
Demonstrated experience creating and managing business rules and allocation logic.
Foundational understanding offinancial planning and analysis (FP&A)concepts, including P&L structure and forecasting processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and asolution-oriented mindsetwith the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle ePCM or PCMCS.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, SQL) and automation tools (e.g., EPM Automate).
Exposure to REST APIs and integration with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP).
Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus.
