- Map deliverables for compliance, consistency, accuracy and creativity under EY's VI system.
- Understand and adhere to the tools, systems and procedures used to execute the processes.
- Maintain relevant documentation related to the process.
- Actively engage and assist with other related process documentation for the team.
- Ensure that the stakeholders and customers get the highest quality of output.
- Objectively review deliverables and check them against the defined parameters in VI compliance as part of the review process.
- Thoroughly understand and keep up to date with EY's brand principles and guidance on our VI system, advertising and digital (videos and social media).
- Prepare monthly trend analysis to report areas of non-compliance observed during reviews conducted in the month.
- A thorough knowledge of overall branding and its visual identity.
- Knowledge about designing and how designing can influence good brand compliant creatives.
- A good understanding of quality assurance as part of the design process.
- Experience in marketing and brand consultancy.
- Proven skills as influencer and communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good presentation skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences including senior management.
- Attention to detail is required along with problem solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Branding and/or Mass Communication
- Master's degree/MBA in Marketing and/or Branding and/or Mass Communication and/or Marketing Management
- Certification in Branding and/or designing and/or quality measurement
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- A creative/graphic design background and good understanding of firm-standard design tools, platforms and their functionality.
- Ability to work under swift turnaround times in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in training - design/brand.
- Strong work ethics, team spirit and inter-personal skills.
