People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring but also strategically precise and deeply human - across multiple media platforms.As a Supervising Associate - Web UX Specialist, you will ideate and deliver best-in-class deliverables that intrinsically align with the EY brand and enable a superior user experience for our external EY.com websites, ensuring that they deliver against our digital strategy and meet our quality criteria. You will actively partner with marketers around the world, advising them on how best to bring their content to life and helping them express their content in a way that enhances our brand, serves users, and drives site engagement.Your key responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact with Canada BMC stakeholders for UX strategy
  • Act as the VI enforcer within the website team for Canada EY.com
  • Create page wireframes aimed at meeting the marketing KPIs.
  • Ideate and produce Flourish visualization for key projects
  • Liaise with the Global and US UX teams to ensure seamless knowledge exchange
  • Liaise with CSG team for dot com projects
  • Understand website taxonomy
  • Keep abreast on new functionality and/or any process changes implemented by the Global team; remain up to date on any changes to UX approach
Skills and attributes for success
  • Produce webpage designs and visualizations that're engaging, brand-compliant and easy to consume
  • Advise senior stakeholders on the best way to shape their ideas into compelling visualization that has a distinct point of view and adds value to the target audience
  • Advocate for digital best practices and how to use different content types/formats and design elements to create effective, engaging user experiences
  • Make decisions throughout a project that balance the need to meet a deadline and still meet the original requirements of the project
  • Work independently to complete multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Excellent US English written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of how messages may be received globally
  • Strong understanding of digital publishing and best practices
  • An eye for design and expert knowledge in design software such as Photoshop and MS Office software
  • Strong knowledge of website UX and EY brand guidelines
  • Experience working on Flourish to create outstanding visualization experiences
  • Experience working on Mural to create webpage wireframes
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong project and time management ability
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Experience working on Ceros
  • Experience working closely with global teams
  • A good eye for effective use of imagery and visual concepts
  • A basic understanding of HTML
Technologies and Tools
  • Good understanding of Mural, Flourish, Photoshop and Ceros

  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • Professional, confident, and enthusiastic candidate; adapt to flexible work timings; demonstrate exceptional work ethic and customer focus
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in website design and UX
