Job Summary:PPI Adhesive is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and business development for our extensive range of Technical Adhesive Tapes, Laminates, and Die-Cuts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding the market in the assigned region.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.- Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and coordinate with the internal team for product development and delivery.- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance updates.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in adhesive tapes or related technical products.- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work independently and in the field for client visits.- Self-motivated and results-driven.
