- Be a part of the Customer experience team, communicating with users through calls, emails and other channels.
- Handle user queries effectively and provide resolutions.
- Take proactive, real-time decisions to retain users.
- Build rapport with users to establish a lasting connection with our brands.
- Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in at least 02 local languages, such as Telugu and Hindi, Kannada and Tamil, Tamil and Telugu.
