The role involves designing and developing interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, implementing data governance, optimizing performance, and collaborating with business teams. Openings available for Junior/Mid-Level (3+ years) professionals with strong experience in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.Location -Bangalore (Hybrid Mode)Your Future Employer -A leading organization focused on leveraging data-driven solutions to empower business decisions, offering an inclusive and innovative work environment.Responsibilities - * Design and develop interactive, visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop with advanced features like bookmarks, drill-through, and custom visuals.

Implement data governance practices including access control, role-level security, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaborate with business analysts, senior developers, and delivery managers to refine and deliver BI solutions.
Extract and prepare data from multiple sources; perform data transformation using Power Query for accurate analysis.
Develop and maintain data models, relationships, hierarchies, and advanced DAX calculations for complex analytics (Senior role includes leadership & mentoring).

Requirements - * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).

3+ years of experience for mid-level and 5+ years for senior-level in Power BI report development.
Expertise in Power BI (Desktop, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI Service) and strong DAX skills.
Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes, with knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and integration from multiple sources.
Strong communication skills, experience working with Agile methodology (Azure DevOps preferred).
