The Major Incident Manager will oversee and coordinate the resolution of major incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. This role in the technology industry requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to incident management in the Chennai location.
  • Manage and lead the resolution of major incidents to restore services efficiently.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding incident updates and resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain incident management processes and documentation.
  • Analyse incident trends to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Act as a point of escalation for critical incidents within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure adherence to SLAs and operational standards.
  • Provide post-incident reports and recommendations for future prevention.
