Hiring for Incident Management_ChennaiJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager to take ownership of IT service disruptions and incidents across the organization. The ideal candidate will coordinate responses to incidents, drive root cause analysis, ensure service restoration, and help build a resilient IT operations environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-priority incidents (P1/P2), ensuring timely resolution.Coordinate incident response with technical teams and stakeholders across business units.Facilitate bridge calls during major incidents and provide clear, real-time updates to leadership.Ensure accurate and timely incident communication and reporting.Conduct root cause analysis and work with problem management to prevent future incidents.Maintain and improve incident management processes and tools.Ensure compliance with SLAs, OLAs, and ITIL best practices.Produce post-incident reports and lead post-mortem reviews.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in incident handling.Liaise with vendors and third-party support when necessary.Train and guide team members on incident protocols and escalation procedures.
