Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across multiple hotel properties.- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decisions.- Oversee revenue forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in alignment with cluster-wide financial goals.- Conduct regular performance analysis of distribution channels and recommend improvements.- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to enhance pricing and promotional strategies.- Lead OTA channel management including content, visibility, and parity.- Review and maintain all rate structures, restrictions, and packages across booking systems.- Utilize revenue management systems (RMS), channel managers, and PMS to ensure accuracy and efficiency.- Train and guide property-level teams in revenue optimization best practices.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in revenue management, with at least 1 years in a cluster or multi-property role.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.- Proficient in Opera, RMS, PMS, Channel Management Software, and MS Office Suite.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
