Role Purpose:To drive property sales through the channel partner network (brokers, real estate agents, financial consultants, etc.) by developing, managing, and expanding partnerships, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and delivering revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Channel Development & Partner Acquisition:- Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners (brokers/agents) in the target market.- Regularly engage with existing channel partners to drive consistent business flow.2. Sales Target Achievement:- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets via channel partners for residential & commercial property listings.- Track sales funnel & conversions driven by each channel partner.3. Relationship Management:- Build strong, long-term relationships with high-performing partners.- Resolve partner queries and ensure smooth transaction closures.4. Partner Training & Support:- Educate channel partners on project details, pricing, offers, and digital tools.- Organize partner meets, webinars, and training sessions to enhance engagement and capability.5. Market & Competition Analysis:- Monitor competitor activities & channel initiatives; provide feedback to the management for strategic actions.- Keep track of changing market dynamics and suggest solutions to maintain competitive advantage.6. Cross-functional Coordination:- Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure seamless deal closures.7. Reporting & MIS:- Maintain accurate reports on partner performance, lead conversions, and deal pipeline using CRM tools.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong experience in channel sales & real estate brokerage network.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.- Good understanding of local real estate market dynamics.- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms.Qualification & Experience:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.- 5-8 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in real estate, housing finance, or proptech.Preferred Background:- Candidates from PropTech, Real Estate Consulting, Housing Finance, or related industries will be preferred.
