- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Handle payroll coordination and salary processing
- Conduct salary negotiations and prepare offer letters
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure statutory compliance and HR documentation
- Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Handle employee engagement and grievance management
- Maintain HRMIS and employee records
- Manage and coordinate HR operations for 100+ employees
- Strong knowledge of HR operations
- Payroll and compliance knowledge
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- MBA in HRM preferred
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience
- Experience in managing mid-size teams (100+ employees preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
