  • Execute first-round discovery meetings with Hot leads from qualification team (30-45 min calls).
  • Review pre-qualified lead intel: source, pain points, budget, timeline, decision-makers.
  • Conduct deep discovery: uncover business goals, current marketing challenges, ROI expectations.
  • Present customized WebiMax value proposition (SEO, PPC, Paid Ads, Website, DOOH, CTV, LinkedIn).
  • Handle objections around pricing, implementation, competitors, trial close for commitment.
  • Create and deliver tailored proposals with pricing tiers, timelines, and projected ROI.
  • Negotiate terms, overcome final objections, secure verbal/written buy-in.
  • Coordinate contract signing, collect deposits, and hand off to Account Management for onboarding.
  • Maintain detailed CRM notes (HubSpot/Salesforce) and hit weekly pipeline targets (10+ meetings, 3+ proposals, 1+ closes).
  • Collaborate with Lead Qualifier and Marketing teams to refine pitch strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years B2B sales/BD in digital marketing agencies, SaaS, or professional services. Proven close rate in SEO/PPC/advertising sales.
  • Must-Know Services: SEO, AIO/GEO, PPC, Paid Social, Website optimization, DOOH, CTV advertising.
  • Expert discovery call structure and objection handling
  • Proposal creation and negotiation (pricing flexibility, payment terms)
  • CRM mastery (HubSpot, Salesforce) + Calendly proficiency
  • Confident US-market phone/video sales (clear US English required)
