The Front Sales Executive will be responsible for handling walk-in and B2B clients,
presenting jewellery collections, generating sales orders, and maintaining strong
customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, product
knowledge, and the ability to support both wholesale and marketing operations within
a fast-paced jewellery environment.Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Handling
 Greet and assist walk-in customers, B2B buyers, and distributors.
 Present jewellery products, collections, and customization options
professionally.
 Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable designs or product
lines.
 Prepare sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the department.
 The candidate may be required to perform additional duties or responsibilities as
assigned by their Superior/Management/ Reporting manager,
 apart from those mentioned in the job description.
Product & Inventory Coordination
 Stay updated on new designs, product specifications, metal purity, stones,
and manufacturing processes.
 Coordinate with the production and inventory teams to confirm stock
availability and delivery timelines.
 Ensure all sample trays and display items are well-organised and maintained.
Marketing & Follow-up Follow up with potential clients, leads, and repeat customers for orders and
promotions.
 Assist in executing marketing activities, exhibitions, and trade shows when
required.
 Support digital marketing initiatives by providing product insights, customer
feedback, and trends.
Documentation & Reporting
 Maintain customer data records, sales logs, and inquiry registers.
 Generate daily/weekly sales reports for management.
 Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when needed.Required Skills & Qualifications
 Proven experience in jewellery sales (retail or wholesale preferred).
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Good understanding of jewellery products: gold, diamond, gemstone,
manufacturing, etc.
 Ability to manage B2B clients and high-value transactions.
 Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM, Billing software).
 Smart, presentable, and customer focused.Education
 Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.
