
Associate Software Engineering Manager

- Provide application support and ensure system reliability and performance
- Utilize Splunk and other observability tools to monitor and troubleshoot issues
- Handle war room calls and represent the claims team during critical incidents
- Perform root cause analysis and post-impact reporting to leadership
- Monitor application performance and ensure peak season preparedness
- Coordinate with supply chain systems to ensure seamless integration and operation
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to achieve technical and business goals
- Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
- Impact of work is most often at the local level

- War room calls handling experience
- Experience in troubleshooting and impact analysis
- Experience in performance monitoring
- Experience in peak season preparedness
- Demonstrated ability in coordination with supply chain systems
