General Manager – HR & IR, Hyderabad Location OrganizationPrimary Deliverable & KPIsIdentify & develop recruiting and sourcing channels, including: agencies, search firms, Internet sites, Career fairs, Recruitment advertising agenciesEnsure adherence to human resources policies and procedures concerning recruitment, HRIS, C & B, performance management and employee relations in order to guide human resources daily workDiagnosis of organizational issues through various data collection methods including interviews, observations, surveys and focus groups. Use information to customize individual or organizational development interventions and employee satisfactionBenchmark Company's HR best practices with external organizations, generating interest in the company and building Company's reputation as an employer of choiceMaintain employee personal files confidentially & ensure timely accurate updates.Maintains good relationship with local labor departments to have updated information of labor laws and regulations.Responsible to support the site to deal with all types of HR issues, competency / skills assessments, training & developmentEnsure statutory compliance under various labour laws at all locations i.e. provident fund, ESI, gratuity, shop & establishment act, factories act, contract labour act etc.Desired profileIdeal candidate would be a high-energy successful HR & IR professional who will be responsible to Plan, direct, and coordinate HR, IR, Compliance & Admin process for the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources.Qualification: MBA (HR) or MSW or Master’s Degree in HRExperience: 10 – 15 yearsMust-have experience & exposureSuccessful track record of executing HR, IR, Compliance & Admin related deliverables preferably in a growing organizationHR, IR, Compliance & Admin experience with min 3+ years stability either in the current or the previous Company (Should not be a frequent job hopper) - Preferably from a high-volume product-manufacturing industry with margin pressure (FMCG, AutoComponents, Pharma etc.) is preferredEnglish is essential with local language Telugu is preferred and additional languages are an added advantageDeep knowledge of human resource management and labour lawsPast or current experience in handling union / IR situation and disciplinary action procedures as per law to achieve business objectivesExcellent networking and liaison with government agencies, head hunters and professional HR institutions i.e. HRD / Personnel forumsFlexibility and know-how to adapt past approaches and methods to new situations and people - Strong interpersonal and leadership skill setDesired personality traitsHighly developed communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and networking skills at all levels.Self – starter with strong work ethic with high levels of energy and drive.Ability to earn the trust and respect at all levels across the organization through leading by example and setting high personal and ethical standards.RoleExecution of HR, IR & Admin processes including HR policy implementation in true spirit emphasizing on positive employee relations and complianceReports to Associate VP – HR & IRDir.
