  • Prepare and implement business plans monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Create and execute account plans for all the customers and update on quarterly basis.
  • Develop new customers in the assigned region by using solution sales approach through customer visits/ calls
  • Planning and forecasting of sales on monthly / quarterly and yearly basis for assigned customers
  • Increase in-house business shares in existing customers
  • Responsible for conducting Tech days/Seminars at key customers.
  • CP (Channel Partner) / System integrators / SOP (Solution partners)/ distributors management in consultation with Channel Management Department (CMD)
  • Direct customer/CP Credit term, Credit limit control for the region in consultation with the CMD
  • Develop & maintain good relationship with Customers and Channel Partners
  • Maintain and analyse region and industry specific data as per business needs.
  • Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, etc. as per requirements.
  • eCRM hygiene and logging data in to GSFA (SFDC) and regularly updating the same.
Job Location: GurugramJob Requirements:Educational Qualification:- B.E or equivalent diploma is mandatory.Work Experience:- 5 to 8 years of experience of Industrial automation sales and Preferably in Electronic Manufacturing services Industry.Functional Skills:- Core Functional Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Vision, components, Robotics product experience would be an added advantage, Experience to handle big End user and OEMs in 5G, Mobile phones, White goods, Battery, Electronic segment, Semiconductors and Competent to independently handle product demo and technical queries for customers and Process knowledge for Digital Industry (added advantage)Behavioral Skills:- Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details.- Adaptability , Target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments.Why Join usOMRON's mission is to improve lives and contribute to a better society.
