- Prepare and implement business plans monthly, quarterly and annually
- Create and execute account plans for all the customers and update on quarterly basis.
- Develop new customers in the assigned region by using solution sales approach through customer visits/ calls
- Planning and forecasting of sales on monthly / quarterly and yearly basis for assigned customers
- Increase in-house business shares in existing customers
- Responsible for conducting Tech days/Seminars at key customers.
- CP (Channel Partner) / System integrators / SOP (Solution partners)/ distributors management in consultation with Channel Management Department (CMD)
- Direct customer/CP Credit term, Credit limit control for the region in consultation with the CMD
- Develop & maintain good relationship with Customers and Channel Partners
- Maintain and analyse region and industry specific data as per business needs.
- Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, etc. as per requirements.
- eCRM hygiene and logging data in to GSFA (SFDC) and regularly updating the same.
