- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for HR data and analytics aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Proactively identify areas where HR data can provide insights to drive organizational performance and improve employee experience.
- Create and maintain a roadmap for HR analytics capabilities, focusing on predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Build scalable and accessible dashboards that provide real-time HR insights to key stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of workforce trends, employee performance, engagement levels, and other key HR metrics.
- Deliver strategic reports and presentations that highlight critical data-driven insights and inform HR initiatives.
- Leverage data science techniques to forecast future workforce trends, attrition risks, and talent needs.
- Identify root causes of HR challenges, such as attrition or low engagement, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Develop models to understand behaviors of high and low performers and guide leadership on talent management strategies.
- Act as a data advocate within HR, promoting a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with HR leaders and other departments to identify their data needs and ensure integration across business functions.
- Communicate complex data insights in an understandable and actionable manner to non-technical audiences.
- Identify and implement HR technology solutions that enhance data collection, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
- Work with IT to ensure data integrity, security, and integration across HR systems.
- Explore the use of automation (e.g., RPA) to streamline HR operations and enhance data utilization.
- Regularly review and refine analytics processes to align with evolving business needs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies in data analytics to maintain a cutting-edge HR data strategy.
- Train and mentor HR team members to build their data literacy and analytical capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within HR or a related field, with a track record of using data to drive strategic decisions
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling. (Tableau & R)
- Familiarity with data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to convey data-driven insights to a diverse audience.
