With a commitment to efficiency, reliability, and personalized solutions, CREW empowers customers to live smarter, achieve more, and reclaim their time.About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Assistant Manager - Cx & Ops (General Category) to lead the Home Assistance / General desk within Swiggy's CREW team. This role involves managing a team of Crew Captains who handle lifestyle tasks such as daily errands, utility assistance, service appointments, and other general user requests.The ideal candidate should be operationally sharp, comfortable leading a team, and passionate about delivering high-quality service experiences for premium users.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Crew Captains assigned to general lifestyle requests.
  • Drive team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and SOP adherence.
  • Monitor daily task flow, ensure timely closures, and maintain high service standards.
  • Manage shift schedules, resolve escalations, and ensure team availability.
  • Work closely with the vendor team to source and maintain reliable partners for home services and general tasks.
  • Track desk-level metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must be based in Bangalore and open to rotational shifts (5-day work week including weekends).
  • 3-6 years of experience in customer service operations, team management, or concierge-style services.
  • Prior experience managing frontline service or support teams.
  • Strong planning, execution, and vendor coordination capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on attitude with the ability to handle escalations calmly and efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality user experiences.
