- CREW also simplifies mobility by coordinating chauffeurs, vehicle rentals, or transport solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of Crew Captains assigned to general lifestyle requests.
- Drive team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and SOP adherence.
- Monitor daily task flow, ensure timely closures, and maintain high service standards.
- Manage shift schedules, resolve escalations, and ensure team availability.
- Work closely with the vendor team to source and maintain reliable partners for home services and general tasks.
- Track desk-level metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows.
- Must be based in Bangalore and open to rotational shifts (5-day work week including weekends).
- 3-6 years of experience in customer service operations, team management, or concierge-style services.
- Prior experience managing frontline service or support teams.
- Strong planning, execution, and vendor coordination capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to handle escalations calmly and efficiently.
