- Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans for the US market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
- Build strong client relationships and manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure.
- Represent at international trade shows, expos, and client meetings across the US.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Quality, Production, Regulatory) to deliver customized solutions.
- Conduct detailed market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the senior leadership.
- Must possess a valid US Business Visa (B1/B2 or equivalent).
- Must be open and willing to travel internationally, especially to the US, for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development.
- Strong understanding of US market dynamics, healthcare regulations, and B2B client engagement practices.
