- Support in achieving revenue targets by coordinating with existing and potential customers.
- Assist in generating a minimum of 15 new inquiries monthly and maintaining inquiry trackers.
- Support funnel creation by identifying and managing NCOP leads through Salesforce.
- Help in the preparation of proposals, proforma invoices, and follow-up for order conversion.
- Send 625+ introductory emails monthly across NMD/NPD segments. Coordinate dispatch of 5 strategic product samples every month.
- Support the creation and posting of 4 LinkedIn marketing contents (articles/flyers) monthly. Assist in scheduling exhibition meetings (10 appointments per event). Regular usage of marketing tools like Salesforce and Sales Navigator.
- Send order acknowledgments within 48 hours.
- Share dispatch details (AWB) as committed.
- Maintain trackers for customer interactions, orders, and pending responses.
- Prepare daily for morning meetings (DWR) and update work progress.
- Follow up with internal teams for quote turnaround and technical query resolutions within 24-48 hrs.
- Keep Salesforce and lead trackers updated.
- Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain 100% compliance for document submissions and internal SOPs.
- Log improvement ideas or near misses monthly.
- Attend one internal training session each quarter.
- Complete one external training certificate per quarter, if applicable.
