Apply today!Job DetailsThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management technology within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze functional requirements related to supply chain processes.
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development and implementation teams.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Support the development of test cases and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.
Provide ongoing support for existing systems and processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements impacting pharmaceutical supply chain management.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.

Work experience:

Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the pharmaceutical or supply chain domain.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, processes, and technology solutions.
4+ years of directly related or relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations.
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation (e.g., use cases, user stories).
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Experience with regulatory compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., GxP, FDA).
Knowledge of supply chain software solutions (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred.
