Apply today!Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled BTIT Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Level 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience analyzing business needs and translating them into technology solutions within the Business Technology and Information Technology domains. You will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, improving processes, and ensuring technology investments deliver maximum value to the organization.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify business needs and define technology solutions that align with organizational goals.
Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of complex technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project status, gather feedback, and promote collaboration.
Oversee the development and execution of testing strategies, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solutions against business requirements.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts on best practices in business analysis and project management.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

.Work experience:

Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Business Technology and Information Technology.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proven experience in leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 6+ years of directly related or relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) (Desired).
Lean Six Sigma (Desired).
ITIL, ITSM Certifications (Desired).

Skills and Knowledge:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP) are a plus.
Microsoft Office Suite.
Business Intelligence Tools like Tableau, Power BI.
Programming and Development Languages - JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, SQL.
CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce.
Application Design and Management.

Database Management Systems.
Information Security Strategy.
Server Technologies.
Software Design and Testing.
Technical Documentation.
