- Configure and customize Duck Creek Billing to meet client-specific business and application requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, ensuring quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with onsite teams and project managers to communicate status, updates, and risks.
- Analyze and interpret business requirements for billing and policy interactions.
- Configure and maintain Agency Billing, Direct Billing, Installment Billing, Accounting Notices, Commission Management and related processes.
- Create and manage billing plans, enabling Day 2 transactions and ongoing system enhancements.
- Configure and support forms, EFT, disbursements, and invoice generation.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations, including General Ledger and lockbox systems.
- Provide technical support, resolve issues, and proactively drive project progress.
- Strong knowledge of Duck Creek architecture and Billing functionalities.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek Billing.
- Solid understanding of Policy and Billing interactions in P&C insurance.
- Proven expertise with Agency Billing, Direct Billing, Installment Billing, Accounting Notices, and Commission Management.
- Experience creating billing plans and handling Day 2 billing transactions.
- Proficiency in configuring forms, EFT, disbursements, and invoices.
- Familiarity with integrations such as General Ledger and lockbox.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor team members while managing delivery in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
