- Design, build, and configure Duck Creek Claims applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Lead medium-to-complex configuration efforts, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, refine, and implement requirements.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to junior team members.
- Develop, customize, and integrate web services (SOAP/REST APIs) to support claims workflows.
- Utilize Duck Creek Server Object APIs to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Communicate status, risks, and progress updates to onsite leads and project managers.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables, documentation, and compliance with best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, working collaboratively across teams.
- 6+ years of experience configuring Duck Creek Claims (v10/v11), with proven success on medium-to-complex requirements and customizations.
- Strong background in Property & Casualty insurance IT systems and claims workflows.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server and C# .NET development.
- 3+ years of experience developing and integrating SOAP and REST APIs.
- Expertise in Duck Creek Server Object APIs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and collaborating with cross-functional leads.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable customizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
