This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsSalary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 15-30 LPA)Min Experience: 1 yearsLocation: BangaloreJobType: full-timeThe Product Manager – Merchant Experience will be responsible for merchant-facing interfaces (APIs and dashboard) to guarantee that merchants and developer partners can seamlessly integrate and manage payment workflows with reliability and efficiency. This position collaborates closely with engineering, design, partnerships, legal, risk, and operations teams to deliver an outstanding experience for merchants and developers.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance the API platform supporting payin, holding, and payout processes.
Develop and implement the product roadmap, focusing on customer impact and business value prioritization.
Work alongside cross-functional teams to design and deploy merchant-facing features.
Maintain platform reliability, scalability, and low latency.
Create and improve the merchant dashboard to maximize usability and operational effectiveness.
Facilitate developer integrations through Postman collections, sample integrations, and comprehensive technical support.
Leverage data and user insights to continuously refine and assess product performance.

Required Skills:Must-Have:

1–3 years of product management experience, ideally within fast-paced startup environments.
Strong expertise in API design with a focus on enhancing developer experience.
Exceptional communication abilities and experience managing stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with the capability to analyze product and integration metrics.
Proactive ownership approach and a bias toward taking decisive action.
