Qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fielJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Warehouse / Depot Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations for a reputed FMCG distribution business focused on route-to-market van sales. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in warehouse and inventory management, order processing, dispatch coordination, and team supervision.The role requires strong operational skills, hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably ODOO or SAP B1), and the ability to drive efficiency, safety compliance, and timely order fulfillment. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth logistics and cost-effective warehouse operations at our on-site location in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics, and dispatchEnsure timely and accurate order fulfillmentOversee daily team activities, including assigning tasks and monitoring performanceImplement safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environmentOptimize space utilization and reduce operational costsOperate and manage ERP tools (ODOO/SAP B1) for inventory and workflow managementCollaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure supply chain efficiencyMandatory Skills:Warehouse ManagementERP System Proficiency (ODOO / SAP B1)Team LeadershipFMCG Distribution KnowledgeInventory & Dispatch Management
