Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Operations HeadKey Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staffEnsure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goodsMonitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checksMaintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouseUse WMS or ERP systems to track goods movementCoordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales departmentsPrepare reports on inventory, shipments, and warehouse performanceTrain and guide new staff and enforce company policiesManage shift schedules and manpower allocationEnsure timely loading/unloading and minimize operational delaysQualifications and Skills:Graduate or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervisionFamiliarity with warehouse software and basic computer skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesGood communication and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of safety and compliance regulations
