- Maintain CRM and associated GTM systems data
- Work with advanced Sales Operational Tools to support Sales Strategy
- Produce reporting and dashboard solutions
- Manage tools design/development to improve sales processes
- Identify areas of opportunities to improve the CRM application in order to support Sales Process
- Provide Sales Help Desk support within region and Globally
- Liaison for stakeholders and accounting/finance as needed
- Assist in roll out of CRM process and application updates, which includes documentation and training the Sales team
- Participates in transformational projects that drive significant organizational change
