Do you have an instinctive ability to proactively collaborate and work with a lot of different teams and individuals?Roles & Responsibilities :● To relentlessly chase, achieve and exceed the targets set for the individual and city● To provide world-class service to his/her customers by advising patients about the service ● To read, understand, absorb, retain and practice the Practo Way of Care Co Ordination ● To ensure that he/she implements and practice the PWOCC 100%● Coordinate information and care requirements with other care providers in the ecosystem and resolve issues that could affect smooth care progression and handhold the patient throughout their Journey ● Addresses queries of patients and families in a very professional manner and present the benefits of our solution.● To seek awareness about the company’s vision, goals and plans and align individual thoughts and action towards the same● Understands the surgical procedures and discusses the recommendations in layman's terms, they are patient and understand the importance of this educational conversation.● Educates patients regarding surgical options as per surgeon’s recommendations. Clarify lifestyle benefits of each option. When options are presented, educate the patient on the lifestyle benefits of each option allowing the patient to make an informed decision based on their lifestyle.● Educates the patient about costs associated with the surgery.● Estimated insurance payments● Estimated patient out-of-pocket payment (co-pay, deductibles)● Pricing for elective procedures● Financing options and assist with enrolling as needed● Creates a calm environment in which the patient is comfortable asking question to further understanding of surgeon recommendations.● Shows impeccable attention to detail when acting as a liaison between the office, surgical facility, and the patient.● Flexible to work in Client location and Office location.Eligibility / Skills required :● Graduation Degree Or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling ● Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role or Service Counseling Profile ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Capability of meeting patient surgical scheduling volumes as established by the Organization/ ● Multi Language skills preferred: English,Hindi and Kannada● Previous surgical counseling or patient education experience preferred.
