** Multiple Openings ** Position Title: HR Recruiting Assistant (US - IT) Job Shift: Pacific Time Zone (9 am - 6 pm) Immediate Joiner within 1 week Job Requirement: 3-5 years of overall experience with minimum 2 years US - IT experience working as USD -IT Recruiter Assist with the recruitment process for US IT positions, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings. Ability to W2, 1099 and C2C Candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective job descriptions. Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and preparing documents. Assist with day- to- day operations of the HR functions and duties! Qualifications & Soft Skills: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering Prior experience in HR, recruitment is must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
