Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) and SSL Off loader Support Engineer (L1 & L2) Level 1 (L1) Support Engineer: Provide first-level technical support for DAM and SSL Off loader technologies. Perform initial analysis of issues, troubleshoot, and escalate as needed. Assist in routine maintenance tasks and system monitoring. Document and track incidents, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Level 2 (L2) Support Engineer: Conduct in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of complex DAM and SSL Off loader issues. Collaborate with L1 support to provide guidance and mentorship. Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles for common issues.
