The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in project management within the software development industry. The position requires strong expertise in managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects aligned with company objectives.Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in Scrum methodologies with proven ability to lead agile teams and deliver projects effectively (Mandatory skill)
Extensive experience with JIRA for project tracking and management, ensuring timely task completion (Mandatory skill)
Solid understanding of SaaS Development, demonstrating the ability to manage cloud-based software projects (Mandatory skill)
Strong project planning skills, ensuring systematic project execution and timely delivery of deliverables
Excellent stakeholder management capabilities to understand requirements, address concerns, and align project goals
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to foster a cohesive working environment and successful project outcomes
Experience with agile methodologies to improve team efficiency, adaptability, and responsiveness to change
Effective communication skills to facilitate team discussions, stakeholder consultations, and project presentations

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
Lead project teams using Scrum to ensure efficient, agile practices and timely project milestones
Employ JIRA and other project management tools to track tasks, progress, risks, and deliverables
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to coordinate efforts and resolve issues
Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and facilitating discussions to meet project expectations
Ensure quality and performance standards are met in SaaS development, contributing to the advancement of EdisonOS
Conduct risk assessments and manage issues proactively to minimize disruption and ensure project success
Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process to enhance overall productivity and quality
