Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and technically adept Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects within the Audio Visual (AV) and BRI space.Responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, technical compliance, and client satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV systems, BRI technologies, or media workflows, with proven experience in managing installations, upgrades, or system integrations.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and close AV/BRI projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary.Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.Ensure all installations, system integrations, and commissioning meet technical standards and client expectations.Support project documentation, system schematics, and handover packages.
