Job Description:Activities

Create & maintain project/program cutover plans
Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
Plan detailed execution (resources, environments, integration, data, etc.)
Execute real-time cutover plan in all test environments and production in line with release schedule
Execute exceptions as agreed by Enterprise Release Lead
Lead Release Readiness reviews, Milestone reviews, Business Go/No-Go reviews, and CAB meetings
Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities including execution of deployment plans and checklists

Skills Needed

Proven test environment, testing, and cutover management experience
Experience of working with extensive technical architectures (including SAP) across complex environments
Proven ability to deliver changes on time and within budget
Knowledge of waterfall and agile software development lifecycles and methodologies
Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, and leadership skills

Technical Skills

Planning: Jira
Collaboration: MS Teams, MS Office, Confluence, Miro, PowerPoint, SharePoint (independently working)
ITSM Tool: ServiceNow
Analysis: Excel (independently able to do analysis)
Portfolio Management: Good understanding/knowledge
Reporting: Power BI
