- Act as a Technical Project Manager, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence
- Proven exposure to Product Management functions: backlog grooming, release planning, user story shaping
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies—particularly AI—by providing clear strategic viewpoints and assessments
- Build and maintain effective communication channels with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and optimisation opportunities in delivery processesRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong technical foundation with ~5 years in hands-on engineering or solution architecture roles
- Proven experience managing large IT programmes or key accounts, including budget control and resource planning
- Clear understanding of AI adoption trends and practical implementation considerations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate tech talk into business speak
- Assertive, outcome-driven, and comfortable operating with senior stakeholders and CXO-level clientsPreferred Attributes- Certification in Agile/Scrum or Product Management (e.g. CSPO, SAFe)
