- Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the definition and execution of a compelling people analytics vision and development of a roadmap aligned with the HR and business strategy.
- Insight Generation: Lead the creation and development of impactful dashboards, reports, and predictive models that translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations and explore generative AI tools to automate reporting, enhance narrative storytelling, and scale insights delivery.
- Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve the efficient delivery of dashboard and analysis, including the transfer of HR data to our corporate data warehouse and the development of the required data architecture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders to understand their strategic priorities, challenges, and data needs and translate insights into compelling, data-driven narratives to inform and inspire action. Use storytelling, and consultative techniques to guide stakeholders from insight to impact fostering data-driven decision-making processes.
- Collaboration & Influence: Foster a climate of cross-functional collaboration across teams, driving alignment and shared ownership of analytics outcomes.
- Capability Building: Empower HR business partners and people leaders through training, toolkits, and self-service analytics to enhance data literacy and foster a data-driven culture.
- Innovation: Contribute to the development and deployment of AI-driven models for workforce planning, attrition prediction, and engagement analysis. Stay ahead of industry trends in people analytics, organizational research, and technology to continuously evolve our capabilities.
- Education: Act as a change agent to embed data-driven decision-making across HR. Design and lead initiatives that increase analytics adoption and data literacy among people leaders.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience leading large-scale people analytics or BI projects in a global organization, with a focus on employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Education: Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in a relevant field (e.g.: I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior or Business Analytics).
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS), and HRIS systems. Experience with predictive modeling and sentiment analysis is a plus. Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (e.g.: Azure Synapse) and natural language processing tools for sentiment and engagement analysis.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to distill complex data into compelling narratives and collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
