- Managing program budgets, deliverables, and overall accountability for assigned incubation centres.
- Proactively monitoring the progress of incubation centres, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Identifying key challenges in partner incubation centres and provide tailored support and interventions.
- Facilitating workshops or arrange expert-led sessions through faculty, industry experts, or internal teams.
- Serving as a liaison between NSRCEL’s internal functions and incubation centres, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge exchange.
- Client onboarding, needs analysis, and program design
- Design and delivery of group trainings, boot camps, as and when necessary
- Design and management of knowledge resources like incubation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), frameworks for incubation excellence, etc
- Organisation-wide events and cross-team collaborations
- Content creation, webinar and events management, and other marketing and ecosystem engagement initiatives
- Sales initiatives, both inbound and outbound (eg networking, representing NSRCEL at ecosystem events, identifying opportunities for growth)
- A Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree (MBA, MSc. etc.) with 5+ years of experience in incubation, startup ecosystem management, consulting, or program management.
- Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple stakeholders and driving program outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and networking skills.
- Experience in managing deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with business development, partnership management, and ecosystem collaborations.
- DST Portfolio Management: 3 + years leading Department of Science & Technology (DST)–funded incubation cohorts or R&D programs, including proposal writing, budget alignment, and compliance reporting.
- Grant Lifecycle Expertise: Demonstrated track record in securing, disbursing, and monitoring multi‑crore grants from government (DST, MeitY, BIRAC) and multilateral agencies; adept with grant accounting tools and audit protocols.
- Cohort Design & Delivery: Designed, executed, and scaled at least three tech‑startup cohorts (10-20 ventures each) covering selection rubrics, mentor networks, milestone‑based funding, and KPI dashboards.
- Ecosystem & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong network within scientific agencies, venture funds, corporates, and academia; able to broker partnerships and co‑create sector‑specific programs (e.g., deep‑tech, med‑tech, climate‑tech).
- Regulatory & IP Familiarity: Past experience of Indian IP law, tech‑transfer agreements, and startup equity structures relevant to government‑backed incubators.
- Data & Reporting Proficiency: Advanced MIS tools, and analytics platforms for real‑time cohort performance tracking and grant compliance reporting.
