Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred.
Overall experience should be more than 14 years.
More than 7 years of experience in BOT Development (ideally on Kore.AI platform).
Should be good in Classic AIML.
Should be good in NLP.
Should be good in Rest API.
Good knowledge on Cloud (AWS or Azure).

Secondary Skills

Additional software languages (Python, JSON, HTML/CSS, XML).
Alternative bot development platforms (Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework, Rasa, etc.), CI/CD Pipelines, Test Case Development, Telephony Platforms.
