As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with different teams to understand system behavior and contribute to maintaining business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with integration technologies and middleware platforms related to SAP environments.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration services and API management.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools to track system health and performance.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
