Job Description:Locations-Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Indore/AhmedabadRoles & ResponsibilitiesSalesforce AdministrationManage user setup, security, profiles, and permissions.Configure page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards.Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes.CPQ & CLM SolutionsImplement, configure, and support Salesforce CPQ and Conga CPQ for product configuration, pricing, and quoting.Manage contract lifecycle processes using Conga CLM, ensuring compliance and efficiency.Create automated templates and documents using Conga Composer for proposals, quotes, and agreements.Service Cloud SupportConfigure and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, and omni-channel support.Enhance customer support workflows to improve response time and service quality.Collaboration & OptimizationPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption.Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements.Skills & QualificationsStrong experience as a Salesforce Admin with proven knowledge of Salesforce Flows.Hands-on expertise in Conga CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Conga CLM, Conga Composer.Good understanding of Service Cloud features and functionalities.Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
