- Monitor and track Valid contract renewal timelines to ensure timely renewals.
- Proactively engage with customers to address their needs and secure renewals.
- Analyze account performance and usage to recommend suitable renewal terms.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services that align with customer needs.
- Propose customized solutions to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and pricing strategies.
- Drive new sales by identifying and pursuing opportunities within existing accounts.
- Leverage relationships to secure referrals and introductions to new business prospects.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop account-specific growth plans.
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain detailed account plans and provide regular updates to leadership on progress.
- Analyze customer data and trends to inform future engagement strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, renewal status, and sales pipeline.
- Track key metrics and KPIs related to renewals, upsells, and new business development.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage account activities and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with product, customer success, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Attend industry events and meetings to stay informed about trends and competitor activities.
