What You'll Do:- Qualify and convert leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, and inbound platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals.- Pitch and close high-ticket retainers (- 50K- 5L/month) for Meta Ads, Google Ads & Funnel services.- Own the sales process: from discovery calls to proposals, objection handling, and final closures.- Track and manage your pipeline using CRM tools or structured sheets.- Collaborate with onboarding teams post-closure for a seamless handoff. What You Bring:- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory)- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Funnels & performance marketing concepts- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach tools, and CRM systems- Excellent communication & negotiation skills, fluent in English- Confidence to engage with C-level executives and D2C brand founders- Proven ability to work independently and meet targets consistently (ref:updazz.com)
