Responsibilities & Key Deliverables: * Responding to Queries via Call:Address customer calls, understand tractor-related complaints, and provide effective resolutions by applying your technical expertise.2. Handling Technical Assistance Requests (TAR) on ASK Portal:
Manage and respond to TARs (Technical Assistance Requests) submitted through the ASK portal, ensuring timely and accurate solutions are delivered.Competencies:Problem Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in handling Laptop with having skills ( MS- OFFICE, IT systems, and other digital platforms )
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration..
Customer-Oriented Approach: Focused on delivering quality solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.General Skills:Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with colleagues, Dealer person.
Adaptability: Quickly adjust to new technologies, processes, and work environments.
Self-Motivation: Stay driven and focused to consistently achieve high performance.Qual: 3 Year Diploma or Degree ( B-Tech/BE ) in Mechanical / Aggriculture.Exp : Min 3 Year Experience in Field/Training.
