Working Hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST (Cab provided both ways)Must have Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, VBA Coding, Excel MacrosRole Brief:Work collaboratively with the Sales Operations Inside Sales and Sales teams onshore to improve salesforce efficiency and effectiveness. The key responsibility will entail effective & efficient delivery of sales processes and performing analysis on sales and sales related dataResponsibilities:The primary objective of the position is standardizing ad-hoc Sales reports i.e. converting as many ad-hoc reports into standard reports through a pre-defined standardization methodology. (Ad-hoc reports can be across different processes in the sales operations organization), enable process/report transformation through high end automationProvide value added insights to the Sales team through ad hoc analysis & data deep divesDevelop a detailed understanding of Sales processes and pipelineMonthly/Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Target Setting, adaptation & trackingResolve Sales queries/appeals related to Targets & Variable compensationStakeholder managementIdentify training to improve self, issue & escalation managementIdentify business opportunities & process gapsDevelop a detailed understanding of the Company's Sales Budgeting system and processesDelivery of Ad-hoc Reports for US, Ticket Entry & Log Assessment, Automation using VBA & SQL queriesBuild new and transform existing reports in Power BI / Tableau/ Qlik / Similar BI tools end to endWorking knowledge of SFDC ReportingQualifications:6-8 years of professional experience with at least 2+ years using SQL and Power BIHighly Proficient in using applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.Attention to detail and able to maintain confidentialityPrior experience in developing complex dashboards using Power BI/ Tableau/ Macros & VBARunning & building SQL queries to extract the relevant data required for reportingExperience in liaising with multiple stakeholders & Change ManagementPrior experience in developing complex dashboards using Power BIRunning & building SQL queries to extract the relevant data required for reportingExperience in liaising with multiple stakeholders & change managementFluent English (speaking, reading and writing)Proficient in MS Office Suite especially Advanced MS Excel (Pivots, calculated fields, Conditional formatting, charts, dropdown lists etc.)Proficient in MS SQL (Advanced)Proficient in VBA Coding, Excel Macros (Advanced)Academic Background:Graduation in Technical Education/ Business (BE, MBA, Programming certification)Behavioral Competencies:Ability to manage conformity to established procedures & processesExpertise in handling large data setsAbility to perform under pressureGood communication skillsStrong Analytical skills to interpret the dataInterpersonal Expertise:Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential informationAbility to be flexible with scope of workPro-activity in following upPro-activity in raising risks with project delivery
